That valuable Town Acre, No. 90, situated in Abel Smith Street, Wellington, adjoining the residence of Mr. Hickson, fenced in with a close fence and having a small building erected thereon. This acre is admirably adapted for the erection of a gentleman's private residence, being in an elevated position and commanding a fine view of the harbor aud shipping. I 2nd. The Farm adjoining the Town Bolt known as Upland Farm, or Tankersley's Farm, comprising about 120 acres ; the whole being securely fenced in with a post and rail fence, and iron wire fence. A good house, dairy, stock -yard, cowsheds, piggeries, &c. are erected ©n the Farm, which contains abundance of timber for firewood and fencing, The Farm is held on lease for 21 years, only n few of which have expired, and is well suited for a Grazier or Dairy Farm. Amongst the Horses there is the following thorough bred stock viz. — 4 Colts and Fillies, 4 yrs old, by Australian 1 Mare, 5 yrs old, by Riddles worth 1 Colt (entire) rising 2 yr old, by the Bishop of Osnaburgh, by Surplice, Surplice by the celebrated Touchstone. 1 Brood Mare, aged 3rd. The well known estate at Lake Alice, Ran. gitikei, comprising 1000 acres of Freehold Land, having two beautiful lakes in the centre of it. The land which has about 30 acres of Manuka Timber, is partly fenced in, and upon it about 300 acres laid down in paddocks. The improvements consist of a good five roomed house, men's hut, sheep pens, drafting yards, wool shed, shearing shed, &c. ALSO, 3,000 Merino Sheep (including 44 Merino Rams) subject to their leaee for 9 years, from the Ist January, 1802, for £1,150. The Land will be sold with or without the Sheep. 4th. The Land consisting of 50 acres of superior Totara Timber, fronting to Daniell's Bush Road, Raugitikei, and will be sold, if required, in one or more lots.
