TOWN AND COUNTRY LANDS. SHEEP, CATTLE, AND HORSES. FOR SALE, BY PRIVATE CONTRACT. Ist That valuable Town Acre, No. 96, situated in Abel Smith btreet, Wellington, adjoining tbe residence ol Mr. Hickson, fenced in with a close feuce and having a small building erect. ;d thereon. The well known estate at Lake Alice, Rangitiaei, comprising 1600 acres- of Freehold Land, having two beautiful lakes in the centre of it. The land which has about 30 ncres of Manuka Timber, is partly fenced in, and upon it about 300 acres laid down in paddocks. The improvements consist of a good five roomed house, men's hut, sheep pens, dialling yards, wool shed, (.hearing shed, &c. Wallace, situated at the junction of the Ngahauranga and Hutt Roads, being in a most eligible business situation, about two miles from the City of Wellington : together with 53 acres of Grazing Land adjoining, The Hutt vans to and from the City, pass the Inn twice a day. The Inn is a good, commodious, and substantial Wooden Building : consisting of a spacious Bar and seven rooms. The Land is held on Lease for Twenty-one years, from the 25th April, 1853, at the moderate rental of thirty pounds per anuum, with the power of renewal for twenty one years more. There is a Garden, a Public Pound, a. large Stock Yard, capable of holding 100 head of Cattle ; hlso two Stables, one of which has two Loose Boxes. The situation is well adapted for the shipment of oattle being sheltered from the prevailing wiuds in the harbour. Plans of the properties will be on view before the day of sale. TERMS AT SALS.
