The latter flock ascends from the royal flook of Lohmen, both of Saxony. The average weight of clean -washed Wool of full-grown animals is four pounds for a Ewe, and fnlly seven pounds for a Ram. Tho selection was made with due regard to head and legs being woolled, as well as to tho loseness and fineness of staple, as much as this could be combined.
