The barque Fanny Fisher, from Otago, arrived in this harbour on Tuesday last. She brings no later dates, having sailed from Port Chalmers precious to the Storm Bird. The Fanny Fisher has proceeded to Kai Warra to take in another cargo of fat stock for Otago. - The Wild Duck is fast filling up, having from 1,200 to 1,300 bales of wool alreaey on board, and there is more than sufficient wool in port to complete her loading, so that you may depend upon her sailing in all March. She will take 18 cabin and 10 second cabin passengers. ,We understand that the following persons have taken their passages by this vessel, viz.: —Mr. and Mrs. May, Mrs. Watt and 4 children, Mr. Love, Misses Harding (2), Master Harding, M!ss and Master Rowlands, Mr. Marshall, Mr. and Mrs. Conacher, Mrs. o'Hailoran. The John Bunyan is rapidly discharging her inward cargo, and has already commenced taking in wool. She will follow the Wild Duck, will sail about the middle of April, and will probably be the last wool-ship of the season. Our coasting vessels are actively engaged in conveying supplies to the stations on the coast, and bringing back return cargoes of wool. During the week no less than five vessels have arrived from the out stations, bringing 379 bales of wool besides . 90.sheep skins and 111 hides. The s. 6. Storm Bird, Captain Mundie, sailed yesterday forenoon, for Pieton and Nelson. She is expected to return here on the 25th instant, and will probably bring both .the December and January Mails.
