BOBINESB still remains quiet. The Hutt Races and the departure of the troops for T<»ranaki, have principally engaged public attention this week. There have |only been two auction sales. Wool continues to arrive from the coast, and tke succession of fine wenther has enabled tbe ships laid on for London to use the greatest despatch in loading. The Snareshrnok has transhipped her wool and poasengers to the Zealandia, nnd the latter vessel will eail for London on Tuesday, the 30th March. We understand that the Ecfipxe on arrival from Ahuriri, wil! tranship her wool, about 400 bales, to the Melbourne, which will then be a Cull ship.

Messrs. Smith & Co, sod by public auction, on Tuesday, the 13th inst., at their mart, ex J^hcenix, English wheat at 7s. per bushel ; coals JJ3 to £2 H'B per ton ; T.ivprpoof soip, DQ lbs. boxes, £34 10s. to £35 per ton; crushed suirar. £*i 10*. to £55 per ton ; marine soap, £23 to £24 por ton.
