It was witnessed that for the considerations in the snid Deed of AssiMrnnientmentioueii, tbe said Daniel Munn did thereby assign nnd set over unto the said James Melisi Stuart and John Gibson Kinross, their executors, administnuors, and nssigns, all and eveiy the Stock In Tia'le., Goods, Wares, aud Merchandise, Housebold Fu'nittue, Plate, Finen, Obrnn, Books of Account, MooU and nth^r Debts, sum aui sums of Money, und all Horses, Cattle, Sheep, Curts. Draya.
