MOCXT ALBERT. The following are the Signals used at the Flag Staff at Mount Albert. A Square denotes a Ship, ~) When the A Cross " a Barque, | ?«"* jf A Circle '.< a Brig, U^dethe A Triangle « a Schooner, f* B ***' A Diamond " a Cutter, \%£ e LAG A Parellelogram" a Steamer, J lowered. Remarks.—A White Flag at Mast Head def fe-ascer-;-tamed, the descriptive Signal will be iibisted at the 1 ard Arm. English vessel of war, Union Jack at Mast Head. Foreign vessel of war, Union Jack at Mast Head, with white Pendant. Government brig, white Pendant under descriptive Signal. When a vessel is at anchor, either inside o»----outside the Heads, the flag is towered to half mast. A vessel in distress, or on shore, descriptive signal half mast. Fore and aft schooner, a triangle, hollow ia the centre.
