All Other Countries: Postal Union rates. 2Jd for first ounce or fraction thereof, and Id for each additional half-ounce or fraction thereof Postcards. Inland; Single, Id; reply, 2d. All Other Places: Single, 13d; reply, 3d. Late Fee: 2d. Packets.
