BETTER FOOD FOR BETTER OUTPUT. Reuter—July 27, noon. BERLIN, July 26. A conference of delegates of the Ruhr miners advocated a speedy socialisation of the mining industry. They also unanimously resolved pn> testing against the occupation of the Ruhr district and affirming their willingness to increase the coal output in order to meet the Entente's demands, also Germany’; home consumption and contracts with Poland, Switerland and Scandinavia if better food was provided.
