The New York Tunes’ Paris correspondent interviewed Foch, who said the United States should have latified the Treaty with us, but by keeping apart horn us they have helped to promote disorders in Central Europe, prevented the establishment of the economic equilibrium, and gravely prejudiced their own interests It would now be to their interest to help solve the Eastern problem, but no one seems to understand tint in the United States.
