PADDON CHALLENGES FELTON. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. SYDNEY, November 14. Paddon has challenged Felton to row for £SOO aside, and has paid a deposit. It is now certain that Felton and Paddon will meet on the Parramatta within six months, and Barry will have to challenge the winner.
