THE HAND OF WIUSO& HAS GERMANWBEEN GIVEN CONCESSIONS? Received November 8, 11.15 a.m. LONDON, November 7. The newspapers generally accept the Entente’s standpoint without crititicism, and support the reservation respecting the freedom of the seas. The Morning Post, however, is critical, and declares that the discussion deals with Wilson’s principles, and amounts to an important concession to Germany, which has already accepted the terms in principle. Therefore, there will not be an unconditional surrender, but a negotiated peace. The alone should settle the details.
