TROUBLE IN BULGARIA
CHANGE OP POLICY EXPECTED. GERMANY UNEASY. Received September 27, 2.50 p.m. BERNE, September 26. A state of siege has been proclaimed at Sofia. The Bulgarian Ministers are sitting continuously. It is rumoured that Prince Boris will be appointed Regent. It is reported that there will be a change in Bulgaria’s foreign policy, and the German Government is uneasy regarding the prospective changes. It is reported that King Ferdinand is asking Mackensen to assume command of the Bulgarian armies.
