BULGARIAN PEACE OVERTURES.
FEELERS FOR CENTRAL POWERS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. WASHINGTON, April 14. Officials believe that the Bulgarian overtures for peace are genuine, though informal, being designed to act as feelers for the Central Powers. Allied diplomats think that if Bulgaria agrees to a separate peace Turkey will follow suit.
