Many of the engine-room staff were badly scalded on the Salta, which was a converted French liner outward bound for France. / THE SAN FULGENCIO INCIDENT. LONDON, April 15. The San Fulgencio was carrying coal from Barcelona. Britain has agreed to supply Spain with 150,000 tons monthly in exchange for Britain being allowed to charter Spanish ships. The sinking of the San Fulgencio has caused a big sensation in Spain, and may lead that country to declare war against Germany. BRITISH STEAMER SUNK. LONDON, April 15. The British steamer Kittiwake was torpedoed off Holland. Seven were killed. 82 NORWEGIAN SHIPS LOST IN MARCH. CHRTSTIANIA, April 15. Eighty-two Norwegian ships, ot 130,927 tons, were lost in March. Fortyone (with a tonnage of 31,658) were added to the fleet, which now consists of 3339 ships (with a tonnage of 2,437,782).
