NEW LINER FOR BRITAIN.
LAUNCHED AT HONG KONG. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. HONG KONG, March 29. The liner Autolycus (8000 tons) has been launched. She is the biggest merchantman constructed in the Empire outside Britain. Speeches delivered during the ceremony dwelt-on'the shipbuilding facilities at Hong Kong, where, it was stated, there is an ample supply of skilled Chinese labour. -
