SUPREME COURT.

THE LEINEWEBER CASE. Mr W. Leineweber writes as follows:——“ The report In your issue of September 22 was Inaccurate. It reports me as being the eldest of the family, whereas two members are older than myself. Anyone reading the report would conclude that the title deeds were held by myself and brothers and sisters. Such, however is not the case. The title deeds (L.T. Title) were held by me and in my name alone, and neither my father nor any of the rest of the family ever held the title. I have all receipts, and the moneys have all been paid by me.—Yours, etc., W. Leineweber. ’
