Kendrick,; S-.M., Alan Alexander Cutlibertson .was charged/with a breach of llio- Legislature Apt.- that he did sign ais name as a witness /to .a signature apon a claim for enrolment - without having scon such signature written by Abe claimant. Two other similar charges were laid against the defendant. ■An: one'he pleaded gfidty,mnd not guilty n the other. After; hearing evidence, a ■Sue of £lO bn each of- the two., charges vas infljeted.
