LIBERAL OPPOSITION. Press Association.—Telegraph.—Copyright Received March 7 12.30 p.m. OTTAWA, March 6. The House is still sitting, having completed sixty hours’ continuous debate. The members can scarcely whisper, and relays, are taking eight hours shifts to enable the Opposition to proceed. The Government is facing the alternative of going u ithont Supply or .adjourning'the Naval Rill for a week. The Hon. R. L. Borden announces his intention of introducing a measure restricting the,debate, but it will be ineffective, as, the Liberals are able to obstruct this, on tho same lines as they are now obstructing, the Navy Bill. It is believed the only outcome will- be another election,' Members are . sleeping on their seats, and prolonging their sueocfies by reading newspaper advertisements and telling stories mostly ir-relevant-to the debate
