The directors of the Castlccliff Eaiiv.ay Company, Ltd., have appointed Mr Eob vi Mill as chief driver, vice Mr ,T. E. M. Marshall, and Mr Charles .1. Burr, cngi.i ecr, as junior driver. These changes will take effect as from August Ist. The tender of Messrs 1). Murray and Co. has been accepted for the supply of a new boiler for the locomotive Belmont.
