President Taft, in a message expressing delight at the passage of the Reciprocity Bill. says it indicates an increase in the mutual benefit of the relations between Canada and tho United States. Congress is expected to adjourn till the middle of August. It is stated in railroad circles at St. Paul’s that numerous Hues already built on the frontier will cross into Canada when reciprocity is effected.
