John Whittiughaui, hrewer, Gore, was charged on throe informations with selling hcor from a depot at Riversdalc, Gore, far delivery in Gore, a Ifo-licunse district, and with failure to notify the Clerk of Ik-' Conrl of such sales, lie was convicted and lined £5 on each informal ion, with cue guinea costs, lie was also lined £2 on e.o li of three informations of failure to ealcr salcs in his hooks. The costs were one guinea.
