HOULDER BROS.' CASE.

The settlement in the Houlder case was arranged through Lord Furness, and includes tlie allotment to the Federal Steam Navigation Company of fifty thousand unissued shares in Houlder Bros., which will bo transferred to the Furness-Withy Company, who now have a controlling interest in the Houlder Bros. Company.
