The following Penalties shall be carried by the winner of any race after declaration bt weights : — Of the value of 50 soys, 61b ; of any race or races of the collective value oi 100 sqvs, 81b ; 150 soy., 101 b; 300 soys and over, 141 b; provided that any horse handicapped at Sst 101 b and over will carry only half these penalties.
