LONDON, June 10.
Lord Curzon, in a speech at the Colonial Institute, declared that any concession to Indian aspirations must be qualified by the consideration that no breach will bo allowed in the citadel of sovereignty. He warned his countrymen that they had not heard the last of the party aiming at our expulsion, and its methods could not be met with unswerving repression.
