Admiral Colomb, in letter to Mr Arthur Henderson, dealing with the Labour Party's communication to Australia, saya the Dreadnoughts are overrated, lie approves of the suggestion that the colonial contributions should be on. business lines, and not be determined by waves of impulse. He fears that the Admiralty organisation is defective compared with Germany's.
