The Customs returns ior the port of Wellington lor the past month show a general increase in the value and quantities of exports, compared with these for the corresponding month of la&t year. The total value was £524.272, as against J8333,•346 for last year. For tho quarter the value was .£1, 585,079, as against J1,298,6GO for the same period in 1908.
