Hampstead, for New Zealand, MELBOURNE, Wednesday. Sailed — Mawsaka, fcr Hobart and Bi"tt. SYDNEY, Thursday. S.iileJ — Niwairu " for Auckland. NEWCASTLE, Thnrsday. Sailed — Jessie Craig, for Auckland. The Hawke's Bay, from Liverpool, via Auckland, reached Wellington on Monday. The Maitai, fruit laden from the Islands, reached Auckland on Monday, and is due at" Wellington to-day or to-morrow. -•- NEW PLYMOUTH, Thursday. Arrived — Takapuna (4.30 a.m.), from Onehunga, connecting with express. - WELLINGTON, Thnrsday. Arrived — Stormbird (5.50 a.m.) and Eapiti (8.20 a.m.). from Wanganui. Sailed — Huia (2 1 p.m.). for Wanganui. WESTPORT, Thursday. Arrived — Gertie (9 a.m.), from Wauganui. There are at present four sailing vessels en .route from Australian ports to Wanganui, two of which, the barquentimee Alexa and St. Kilda, loaded with hardwood from Clarence ijiver (N.S.W.), and Hobart respectively, are due here at any mo-ncnt now. while the other two. the schooner Jap, and scow Eunice, left Newcastle with coal yesterday. The r Huia left Wellington this afternoon and is due here again to-morrow morning, together with the Kapiti, which returned to Wellington last night. Both vessels sail for Wellington in the evening. The little steamer Rob Roy, which made her first vist to Wanganui a few weeks ago, brought a shipment of coal from Pupouga this morning. The Stormbird, which returned to Wellington last night, is due here again on Saturday. Tlip Kimii brought general cargo from Onehunora this mornin" and sails again to-ni"ht, returning 1 via Opunake. New Plymouth, and Kawhia. She is due here again on Thursday next. The Moa'left for Westport last night to load fpr Foxton. ,Tlve T^iHuara leaves Wellington to-mor-row or.,Baturday for London. The- Pakeha, en route from Auckland to London, left Monte Video last Monday, and is due at London on the 17th inst.
