Nothing further has transpired during the day regarding the strike. Very little discussion was going on aanongst the townspeople, except quiet congratulations that affairs had turned out satisfactorily. At eight o'clock nov-.ng had taken place at Blackball during the day, no overtures of any kind being made to the manager, nor did any meeting of the miners appear to have been held.

WELLINGTON, March 30. Up to the present the Wellington Socialist Party has sent £oO to the Blackball strikere. Mr. P. H. Hickey, representing the Blackball Union, left Welington to-day for Auckland.
