BIGGER PREMISES WANTED.

Mr A. C. Lcnnard removes to tho large, handsome new premises erected for him at the corner of Ridgway and St. I! ill Streets, on 'lhursday next, August 22. For a long time Mr Lennard has found his Avenue shop far too small to accommodate his large and increasing business, and the big two-storied building to which Mr Lennard is removing will certainly be' more in keeping. As a feature of Mr Lennard's business is crockery and glassware, the risk and expense of removal is naturally great, and to reduce this to a minimum, it has been decided to hold a big clear-out sale, commencing on Friday, when every line of ' crockery and glassware will be sold at actual cost price. As the stock in this department alone is valued at some ,£ISOO, and embraces every line required in the household, the sale should present a rare opportunity to heads of families and householders generally.
