Received November 7, 10.13 p.m. LONDON, November 7. The Volunteer Fleet steamer Karoslav, with coal and water for the Baltic Fleet, passed the Bosphorns. French papers state that Captain Clado reported to the Czar that the fleet encountered, near Vigo, more Japanese torpedoers, which did not attack.
