Sir, — I should be pleased is yon would bring tHe following facts under the notice of the powers that be: — A number of youths are employed in the occupation of exercising racehorses foi an hour or two daily on one of the streets in the upper portion of the town, and some of them are. in the habit of using vile -and filthy language as they parade back and forward. Some of the older members of the gang are surely old enough to control the vile tongues of the juniors, and suppress a habit which, if persisted- in, will assuredly be the cause of having their names submitted .to the Jockey Club for their edification. — I am, etc, PARENT.
