HEALTHY "DON'TS."
Don't; eat /when .you are not hungry. Hunger is nature's way_ of intimating that more nourishment is required. ~ Don't cat at all hours of the day. Don't worry your food, but chew it. Don't overload the stomach and fancy .it can do the wbrk of a dray-horse. Don't run away with the idea that it ie what you eat ihat gives nourishment ; it is what is digested that helps to build up the tystf-m. Don't take pills, and purgatives, which act quickly and violently, and do more harm than good. Don't forget that Impey's May Apple gently mo\es the bowels, and thus removes the main cause of disease.
