THE ARBITRATION COURT.
(in United Press Association.) DUNEDIN, May 20. In an application brought against Christie Bros., of Green Island, for an enforcement of the award of the Arbitration Court, it was held a breach of the award had been committed by the defendants by their refusal, on July 17, to 'ballot for all places, and a fine of 40s ai.d costs was inflicted.
