LONDON, April 34. Mr Joshua Jones, of. New Zealand, sued Ilia (solicitor, named Flower, on a • chargu of ..improperly 'obtaining the Mokau estate. Mr Justice Philllmoic held that' though • the solicitor was guilty of misconduct, it was unnecessary to punish him beyond ordering him to pay the costs of the action.—
