All the races on this programme aro open to haoks only. 2. " Hacks " Bhall muau horsos that have nevor started in a weight-for-ago or handicap race (hack races oxcepted) at time of start, and that aro not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, or St. Legor at (imo of entry. 3. Five per cent, to bo deducted from all stakes. 4. No entry will bo received for any race, except on condition that all claims, disputes, 'and objections, arising out of tho racing, shall bo settled by tho stewards, or whom they appoint, and their decision Bhall bo final. 5. No nomination will bo received unless accompanied by tho nocoßsary amount in cash. 6. In all nominations description, age, pedigree, and performances must bo givon. 7. All horsos to bo ridden in distinguishing colours, which must bo givon at time of entry. 8. " District horsos " must be in tho district on or bofore tho Ist October, 1890, and must not bo out of tho district for more than ono consecutivo week from that date to Ist January, 1891.
