Jockeys to rido in colours ; colours to be sent in on general-entry night, 4. No Nomination or entry will be received under any pretence whatever, unlesß actually accompanied by the necessary amount payable. 5. All claims and objections arising out of the racing shall bo decided by a majority of Stewards present, or their appointees, whoso decision shall be final on all points in tho carrying out of this programme. 6.
