RETURN OF A HOME RULE CANDIDATE. (By Electrio Telegraph— Copyright.) (Per United Press Association.) London, October 23. Ihe election for the vacancy in the Eccles seaty caused by the death of the Hon. A. J» F. Egerton, took place to-day, and resulted Jn the return of Mr Boby, a Home Ruler, who polled 4901 votes against 4696 obtained by Colonel Egerton, who stood in the Tory interest. The consistent support which Mr Boby promised to give to the Miners Eight Hours' Bill gained him tho election.
