Sudden Death.

AN OLD RESIDENT DROPS DEAD

FROM HIS HORSE.

At about a quarter to two o'clock this aftornoon, as Mr William McGrail, a farmer at Long Acre Valley, was walking his horse along the road past Shakspeare's Cliff, accompanied by his son and Mr Wilson, he suddenly fell from his horse, and oxpired almost instantly. It appears that the deceased was on bis way to attend tho late Mrs S. Williamson's funeral, and iustprevious to his demise was conversing in his usual manner with his companions. Tho body was conveyed to the Red Lion Hotel, and the cause of death is attributed to heart disease
