There has been a heavy rain fall for the la3t 24 hours, and it is reported that ihe township of Ot»ut»u ia under water. The weithir i» now fine. Charles R. Cooper.one of a party of pr.ispootors who left Biveitm for Preiervation Inlet six weßks ago, was wa*hed overboard from a boat and drowned.
