Racing Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys to the race fund. No entry will bo received for any race except upon this condition — that all disputes, claims and objections, arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint.
