Racing Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys to the race fund. All entries should be made on the Club's printed forms of entry, which may be obtained at tho office of the Hon Secretary. All races to be run under the W. J .C. Rales. Horses walking over will only receive half the slakes. Second horse to save its stakes in all races except where otherwise specified. No entry will bo received for any race except upon this condition — that all disputes, claims and objections, arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with tho carrying out of this Programme shall he iuial. All persons inten :ug to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary, or Clerk of the Scales, one half hour before starting — any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 3 soys. to the race fund.
