Brown's, not later than 8 p.m. Handicaps declared on the 29th. Acceptances close on the ground at least half an hour before the appointed time of starting. Entries for the remaining events will be°received at the Secretary's office on the ground on the day of the sports. No nominations or entries will be received unless accompanied with the proper fees. Competitors must appear in proper costume, and state colors at time of entry. The decision of the Stewards in all cases to be final. Three competitors to start or no second prize ; two or no first.
