A meeting of. shareholders of the Iron Sand Company was held last night, when the report recommending another oall of 2i> 6d per share was authorised, which would leave a balance of £360, which was authorised to "be used in having another trial at the works under the management of Mr Haskptt. Mr Milner Stephen has arrived here.
S. C. Hall, who is now 82 years old, gave a lecture at Plymouth not long ago, standing on his feet for two and a ijalf hoars, ma showing no signs of exhaustion.
