Prospectus. PROSPECTUS OF THE HAWERA GAS COMPANY (Limited). (To be Incorporated under the Joint Stook Companies Act.) CAPITAL £5000, la 5000 Sharen of £1 each. To bring the investment within the reach of all classes, the terms of subscription are made easy— being 5s 6d per share on application, 2s 6d on allotment, and the < balance in calls of 2s 6d at intervals of not less than three months.
