The “Sunday Times’’ Moscow correspondent says the newspapers, celebrating the seventeenth anniversary of the Red Army, declare it is a sentinel of peace.
The “Radek” says:—“The more Imperialists condemn the Soviet armaments, the clearer it is that they are preparing to attack us, and therefore the army must be further strengthened.”
