SYDNEY SALES. SYDNEY, Thursday. At the wool sales to-day, 11,393 bales were offered, of which 10.401 bales were sold at auction; also 861 bales were sold privately. The market was.firm at yesterday’s level, all sections of the trade competing freely. Greasy Merino sold to 153 d. The average price of the wool sold during the first- three days of this week was £l2 Is 9d a bale, or 9.7 d a lb.
