RAM FAIR
AT SOLWAY SHOWGROUNDS. , TO-DAY’S PRICES. The annual two-dav ram fair was commenced at Solway Showgrounds this morning, held under the auspices of the Masterton A. and P. Association. There was a good attendance of buyers, the bidding being fairly brisk for the opening. Several lines were passed in the early hours of the sale. By luncheon the bidding had livened up, and prices were considered to be as good as last year, the passings up to this hour being less than the previous sale, as follow' up till the tune we went’ to press:—
