WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP. (Received Monda.v, 9.25 a.m.) LONDON, Sunday. A crowd of 10,000 at Wembley cheered the world table tennis championship final. Viktor Barna narrowly defeated Szabados, after five' exhausting sets. Both are Hungarians. The match was played at a dizzy speed. Szabados, racing after a smashing return, crashed and required medical treatment. This is Barna’s fifth championship, the fourth successively.

Barna and Szabados won the doubles final.
