A THRILLING RIDE.

IN A 808 SLEIGH (Received Saturday, 9.25 a.m.) LONDON, Friday. The “Daily Mail’s” St. Moritz correspondent states that King Albert, of Belgium, had the thrill of his life when a bob sleigh in winch lie was descending St. Moritz, run at 40 miles an hour, skidded and bumped badly at the Shamrock corner, landing out Lord Northcsk. who was acting as brakesman. 'Dudley Delavaigne managed to wriggle backwards to the vacant scat, pulling King Albert by the seat of his trousers until the balance of the bob sleigh was restored. At the end of the run King Albert enquired of Lord Northcsk, who liad injured his back, adding: “It was my greatest tliril, even greater than the war, and even motoring.” King Albert, who is Ihc first reigning monarch to descend St. Moritz, suffered an abrasion of the elbow.
