CARTERTON SALE. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having yarded a good entry of pigs and a small enrty of cattle at the Carterton sale. The demand for pigs was on a par with recent sales, while competition was very keen for cattle. The following is the range of prices: Wcaner pigs, 13s to 19s; slips, 21s 6d to 26s 6d; mixed coloured, 3 and 4ycar steers £6 13s; fat cows, £5 13s.
